She furthered her expertise with additional certificate programs in negotiation from Windsor University and intellectual property licensing from Osgoode Professional Development. Virginia’s career includes significant experience at boutique law firms in Melbourne,
Australia, where she is a qualified solicitor, and in Ontario, Canada, where she gained valuable corporate and litigation experience.
In addition to her legal practice, Virginia is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of legal professionals, including law students, clerks, paralegals, and young lawyers. She is also a published writer, contributing articles to the legal community on a variety of topics.
Outside of her professional work, Virginia is deeply committed to community service, volunteering for causes such as food insecurity and cultural diversity. She has been recognized for her community contributions with the Platinum Queen’s Jubilee Award and the Ontario 5-Year Service Award.
